The LIVES organisation is a registered charity and a Company limited by public guarantee. LIVES has four trustees who are legally responsible for the affairs of LIVES. In addition to the Trustees, there is an Executive Council consisting of annually elected officials and members. The Executive Council are responsible for the operation of LIVES, including the volunteers, administrative staff, clinical governance and finances.
