Why do LIVES need fundraisers? 

LIVES receives a limited amount of government funding which means the majority of the money needed to keep LIVES up and running comes from the public and local communities. 

In order for First Responder Groups to respond to emergency calls they need the appropriate equipment and training.  Donations and money from the public is spent on providing the resources.

Why should we raise funds for LIVES? 

Without funding from the local community, it would not be possible for LIVES Volunteerss to save the lives of those people around them.
